  11. PERIODIC COMET TSUCHINSHAN 1 (1991c1)
  12.      S. Nakano, Sumoto, Japan, reports the recovery of this comet by
  13. T. Seki with the 0.60-m reflector at Geisei.  The comet has a tail
  14. 30" long in p.a. 300 deg and is diffuse with central condensation.
  15. Seki's observations yield a correction to the prediction on MPC
  16. 13057 of Delta(T) about +0.02 day:

  49. Astrophysics, has determined T = 1991 Sept. 23.37 ET, Peri. = 313.50,
  50. Node = 37.00, i = 6.50 (equinox 1950.0), q = 0.9259 AU, e = 0.3507,
  51. H = 27.0.
